[Cause]
Alarm from the 3-dimensional wide-area sensor. The 3-dimensional map buffer could not be accessed within the allowed time. This alarm occurs when the teaching screen of the 3-dimensional wide-area sensor is opened while the program is acquiring a 3-dimensional map.
[Countermeasure]
Configure operation so that a 3-dimensional map is not captured from the teaching screen while the production line is running.
