[Cause]
The movable electrode tip did not contact the fixture correctly during fixture contact motion. This may be due to increased friction in the gun mechanism or a change in fixture/robot position.
[Countermeasure]
If the movable electrode tip has not contacted the fixture, fixture contact load has occurred for another reason. Friction in the gun mechanism may exceed the threshold measured during reference calibration. This affects wear measurement accuracy, so perform wear measurement reference calibration again. Identify the cause of the increased gun mechanism friction and, if possible, perform gun automatic tuning again. If this error occurs even though the movable electrode tip has contacted the fixture, the fixture or robot position may have shifted. In this case, correct the position in TW_MV2PT.TP (measurement position) and calibrate the wear measurement reference value again.
