An attempt was made to exceed the maximum motor speed ($PARAM_GROUP[group number].$MOT_SPD_LIM[axis number]). Robot motion is limited to the maximum motor speed. The numbers in parentheses indicate the motion group number and the axis number within the group.
[Countermeasure]
The robot is internally clamped to operate at the maximum speed of the motor. If the action is a vibrating action, it will affect the robot's mechanism, so please reduce the teaching speed to avoid SRVO-171.
