A16
Alarm code A16 indicates .
Cause analysis: 1. Supply voltage too high; 2. DC bus voltage too high; 3. Motor power wires U\V\W incorrectly connected to GND, or U\V\W in the motor body shorted to GND; 4. Drive damage; 5. Motor damage;
Remedy:
-
The supply voltage must meet the power supply requirements: the supply range for a 200V drive is 200
230VAC+10%-15%, and for a 400V drive it is 380440VAC +10%-15%; -
Disconnect the power connector on the drive side, and check whether the impedances between UV, UW, and VW on the connector are normal and whether U, V, or W is shorted to GND. If a short circuit exists, further determine whether the problem lies in the power cable or motor;
-
Remove the connecting plugs on the drive side and motor side, then check the power cable and motor windings separately for short circuits between U, V, W and GND;
-
If the specific cause cannot be identified directly, swap the drives and connecting cables, then analyze the alarm behavior to determine whether the problem is with the drive, motor, or cable.
