Cause

Encoder return data was not received normally for 3 consecutive cycles.

Corrective action

1. Check bit12 of function code H0B30.
2. Incorrect encoder wiring.
3. Loose encoder cable.
4. The encoder cable is too long.
5. Encoder communication is subject to interference.
6. Encoder fault.
7. Check whether the motor model is normal.
8. Check whether the encoder cable is normal.
9. Check whether encoder version H00.04 is normal.
10. Drive abnormality; replace the drive.
