Cause

1. The motor is being driven by external force
2. Rotational energy at DB stopping exceeds DB resistor capacity
3. Servo unit fault

Corrective action

1. Check the operating condition; do not drive the motor by external force.
2. Use DB resistor power consumption (Un00B) to check DB usage frequency; try the following measures ・Reduce the servo motor command speed. ・Reduce the inertia ratio. ・Reduce the number of DB stops.
3. The servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
