Description: The configuration data (armsf.cnf) for the servo FPGA (field-programmable gate array) software could not be read correctly.
Main cause: The servo FPGA software configuration data (armsf.cnf) was not found on the CF card of the main CPU board.
Countermeasures:

Check the servo software package version, then reinstall the servo software package.

Replace the CF card on the main CPU board.

Replace the main CPU board.

If the error cannot be cleared after taking the above countermeasures, report all details to Kawasaki, including the complete message at the time of the error, robot model, controller model, machine number, and AS and servo software versions.
