The emergency stop circuit fuse in the safety circuit has blown. (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Content: The emergency stop line fuse has blown (fuse F1 at the top of the power sequence board).

Main causes:

1. Incorrect wiring of the emergency stop, safety fence, external enabling switch, or other circuits.

2. Other safety circuit harnesses (emergency stop line, limit switch, teach pendant) are short-circuited or incorrectly wired.

3. A problem with the power sequence board.

Countermeasures:

1. Check the emergency stop, safety fence, external enabling switch, and related circuits. Replace the wiring if necessary.

2. Replace the faulty harness.

3. Replace the power sequence board.

CAUTION
Before working on the safety circuit wiring, make sure that the controller power is turned off. If the wiring touches the enclosure while the controller power is on, the emergency stop circuit fuse will blow.
