[MCXX] Brake release switch pressed while motor is ON, or brake power output abnormality. (Servo board XX) (Code: XX) (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: A mismatch between the output current state and current feedback was detected at the gate power output section on the power supply unit control board (1VH).

Main causes:

1. The brake release switch was pressed when motor power was switched on.

2. The power supply unit control board is faulty.

3. The wiring between the X320 connectors (24V brake power supply system) on the power supply unit control board has a poor connector connection, open circuit, or similar fault.

4. A problem with the power supply unit power board.

5. A problem with the motor brake 24V power output system (X316 to X319, X312, X313) from the power supply unit.

Countermeasures:

1. Check whether the brake release switch is pressed when motor power is turned ON.

2. Replace the power supply unit.

3. Check the wiring to X320.

4. Replace the motherboard.

5. Check the motor brake 24V power output system from the power supply unit for abnormalities (short circuits, open circuits in wiring, etc.).
