[Cause]
Charging of the servo amplifier's DC link voltage capacitor did not end within the specified time. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group. The alarm is displayed on the 1th axis and the 2th axis of the 6 axis amplifier, or on the 1th axis, the 2th axis and the 3th axis. The following possibilities exist:
1. Input voltage low
2. Hardware failure
[Countermeasure]
1. When the configuration includes an additional axis amplifier (iSV), this alarm may occur after manually changing the $SCR_GRP[ group number]. $AXISORDER[ axis number]. If $SCR_GRP[group number]. $AXISORDER[axis number] is changed, the value must be restored. If you are unsure of the original value, please contact the service center. In addition, the numerical part of the alarm information needs to be correctly informed at this time.
2. Please confirm the voltage input to the control device when the servo is ON.
3. Confirm that the three input voltages of the control device are within the rated values, and confirm that the transformer settings are correct.
4. Confirm that the circuit breaker of the emergency stop unit has not tripped.
5. Check whether the CRRA12 connector of the servo amplifier and the CRRA12 connector of the emergency stop board are securely connected. If there is a common power supply (iPS), check whether the CRRA12 connector of the common power supply (iPS) is securely connected.
6. In a system with additional axes, this alarm may be issued if a reset signal is input simultaneously with SVOFF and an emergency stop signal such as guardrail opening. After inputting the emergency stop signal, please be careful not to input the reset signal within 2 seconds.
7. Replace the common power supply (iPS).
8. Replace 6 shaft amplifier.
9. Replace the emergency stop unit. For details, please follow "Troubleshooting based on alarm codes" in the control device maintenance manual corresponding to the control device used. When contacting the service department, be sure to correctly inform the numerical part of the alarm message.
Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.SERVO CHGAL(PS) alarm (G:%d A:%d)
