A49
Alarm code A49 means .
Cause analysis:
-
External interference;
-
Encoder cable problem;
-
Motor encoder damage;
-
Drive fault;
Remedy:
-
The PE conductor of the robot power cable must be safely and reliably grounded;
-
Check the encoder cable for damage that reduces interference immunity. In particular, at the encoder aviation connector on the robot base, keep the stripped length of the encoder cable as short as possible, and twist 5V with 0V and S+ with S- into two separate pairs;
-
If replacing the encoder cable still does not resolve the problem, the motor encoder may be damaged.
-
If the alarm causes the robot position to jump or the zero position to be lost, recalibrate the robot zero position.
-
Try restoring the drive's factory values, resetting the parameters, and observing the alarm frequency again;
-
If the exposed shielding section of the encoder cable at the robot base is too long or is not twisted, shorten and twist it to prevent this alarm caused by interference with the encoder cable;
-
Try swapping the drives and motors for testing;
