[Cause]
There is an iRPickTool controller with settings different from this controller. This occurs when using the KAREL programs that change settings (PKCVSETLBD.PC,
PKCVSETTRNAM.PC、PKCVENBLB.PC、PKCVENBSC.PC、PKSNENBSENS.PC、PKSNSETVPNAM.PC、
PKSNSETVTOFS.PC, PKSNSETMTOFS.PC, PKCSSETDSLIN.PC, PKTRSETCLPOS.PC).
• When PKWCSTART and PKWCCHECK are called, this alarm is issued if setting changes made by a KAREL program that changes the listed settings have not been reflected in all controllers.
• If KAREL programs that change the listed settings are called on multiple controllers, this alarm is issued when PKWCSTART and PKWCCHECK are called.
[Countermeasure]
On the iRPickTool setup screen of the controller with the correct setting data, press [F6: Synchronize Data] to synchronize the data. When using KAREL programs that change the listed settings, note the following points.
• Call the KAREL program to change the list before calling for PKWCSTART and PKWCCHECK.
• On all controllers, insert a wait instruction of approximately 5 seconds before PKWCSTART and PKWCCHECK, to wait for setting changes to be reflected in all controllers. If this alarm still occurs after waiting 5 seconds, increase the wait time until this alarm is no longer issued.
• When calling multiple KAREL programs that change the listed settings, call all KAREL programs from 1 controller. Sensor and conveyor station settings on other controllers can also be changed.
