Description
One or more consecutive move instructions will produce a distance close to zero.
Task: arg.
Program reference arg .
Consequences
Presetting multiple movements with a distance close to zero in the robot program will result in a high CPU load, which will convert the area into a small point (event message 50024).
Presetting multiple points very close together will also cause the robot to move unsmoothly.
Possible causes
Multiple move instructions to the same preset position or subsequent short distance move instructions between preset positions.
Recommended actions
Increase the distance between preset positions.
Remove default redundant middle position.
If this behavior of the robot and system is acceptable, the sensitivity of this event message can be adjusted using the system parameter “Max Allowed Short Segments (maximum allowed short segments)” in the Motion (motion) topic and the Motion Planner (motion path file) type.
