[Cause]
The root mean square current value calculated inside the common power supply (iPS) exceeded the allowable value. This alarm prevents thermal failure caused by the output current. The numbers in parentheses indicate the motion group number and the axis number within the motion group. The alarm is displayed on axis 1 and axis 2, or on axis 1, axis 2 and axis 3, of the 6-axis amplifier. Possible causes include the following:
1. The operating condition exceeds the rated value
2. Overload from outside
3. Brake cable not connected yet
4. Insufficient torque caused by input power voltage drop
5. Brake failure (setting error)
6. Failure of the additional axis brake unit (in the case of additional axis)
7. Common power supply (iPS) failure
8. Servo amplifier failure
[Countermeasure]
1. Check whether the load and load conditions exceed the rated values. When the rated value is exceeded, the load conditions must be relaxed.
2. Check whether the shaft is pushed or stretched, and make teaching corrections if necessary.
3. Confirm that the brake cable and connector are properly connected.
4. Confirm that the input voltage is the rated voltage of its control device.
5. Confirm whether the brake of the axis can be released. (When adding an additional axis, first confirm whether the brake number is set correctly.)
6. When using a brake unit on an additional axis, confirm whether the fuse of the brake unit is blown.
7. Replace the common power supply (iPS).
8. Please replace the servo amplifier (6 axis servo amplifier, iSV).
Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
