The 24V_HMI power rail on the robot handshake agent unit arg reported a fault.
Consequences
For example, for FlexP , the hardware device on the 24V_HMI power rail may not power on or function properly.
Possible causes
For example, an over/under or short circuit due to a failed hardware device on the 24V_HMI power rail.
Recommended actions
- Check the HMI power supply LED for the robot handshake agent.
- If the LED does not light up solid green, turn off the controller and remove the FlexPendent. Restart the controller and check HMI power LED again.
- If LED lights up steadily in green after restarting, it is most likely that there is something wrong with FlexPendant. Try replacing FlexPandent.
- If the LED does not light up steadily green after restarting, please try to replace the internal cable of the FlexPendant, or replace the robot signal conversion agent.
