[Cause]
The output of the force sensor has stopped.
[Countermeasure]
1. Check the force sensor output on the TP (force sensor status screen). If the value is changing in real time, recovery may be in progress; observe it for a while. If the same value continues to be displayed, go to 2.
2 Confirm whether the sensor cable is connected correctly and whether it is disconnected. If an alarm still occurs even after doing this, take the countermeasures in step 3.
3 Please replace the main board of the R-30iB control unit. If an alarm still occurs even after doing this, take the countermeasures in step 4.
4 Replace the sensor head.
