Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Content: The encoder does not respond to the servo board, or responds very slowly.

Main causes:

1. An open or short circuit in the encoder harness.

2. A problem with the encoder.

3. A problem with the servo board.

4. Effects of noise. (Noise is more likely if the error occurs only while the robot servo is ON.)

Countermeasures:

1. Check the encoder harness for an open or short circuit.

2. Replace the encoder.

3. Replace the servo board.

4. Check the noise resistance of the encoder cable (cable shielding).

After resetting the error, run the robot program at low speed in repeat mode, or carefully operate the robot manually in teach mode.
