[Servo board XX] No response from servo FPGA software. (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Not possible.

Content: No response was received from the servo FPGA (field-programmable gate array) software on the servo board within the standard communication interval.

Main cause: A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasures:

1. Check whether the servo FPGA (field-programmable gate array) software (ARMSF) downloaded to the servo board is suitable. (Check the software version.)

2. Replace the servo board.

3. If the error cannot be cleared after taking the above countermeasures, report all details to Kawasaki service, including the full message, robot model, controller model, machine number, and AS/servo software versions.
