Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: An abnormality in the voltage state of the monitored safety circuit was detected on the power supply unit control board (1VH).

Main causes:

1. The 2 systems in the safety circuit are shorted, a circuit connected to a different power supply is shorted, or a similar condition occurs, and the safety circuit voltage is abnormal.

2. The power supply unit control board is faulty.

3. The 24V supplied to the power supply unit control board (voltage between A1-A2 of connector X304) has dropped.

Countermeasures:

1. Check the safety circuit using the safety circuit monitor function.

2. Replace the power supply unit control board.

3. Check whether 24V power is supplied to the power supply unit control board.
