STOP.G Slave disconnected

[Cause]

1. The DP slave cable of the PROFIBUS board in the robot controller is not connected.
2. Communications with the DP host have been cut off.
3. The robot DP slave configuration data does not match the configuration data set on the DP master.
4. The robot DP slave parameter data does not match the parameter data set on the DP master.

[Countermeasure]

1. Reconnect the cable or replace damaged wiring.
2. Check that the DP master is operating and can communicate with the DP slave.
3. Change the robot DP slave settings to match the configuration data, or change the configuration data for the robot DP slave on the DP master.
4. Change the parameter data for the robot DP slave on the DP master.

           For the robot PROFIBUS slave, take care to avoid “PROF-003 STOP.G Slave configuration data error” and “PROF-004 STOP.G Slave parameter data error”.
