[Cause]
An iRCalibration vision measurement error. The camera tilt angle relative to the target exceeds the ‘Maximum tilt angle’ set on the ‘Vision setup’ screen. In other words, the camera tilt relative to the target is greater than when the model was taught.
[Countermeasure]
The response is through the following steps.
・ Check the camera tilt at the measurement start position. Reteach the measurement start position to reduce the camera tilt angle relative to the target.
・ If the above countermeasures are ineffective, check whether the model was taught with the camera facing the target directly. If the model was taught at an angle, point the camera directly at the target and reteach the model.
・ If all the above countermeasures are ineffective, increase ‘Tilt angle’.
