Cause

1. In speed mode, the target speed exceeds the maximum permissible speed
2. In position mode, the position regulator output exceeds the maximum permissible speed
3. Unreasonable servo parameter settings

Corrective action

1. Reduce the target speed or planned speed
2. Replace the motor with one of the maximum speed
3. Reset parameter 0x607F maximum planned speed according to actual conditions
