[Servo board XX] Synchronization error detected. (Servo FPGA) (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Content: Synchronous operation between the CPU and servo FPGA (field-programmable gate array) on the servo board failed.

Main cause: A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasures:

1. Turn the AC external power supply OFF and then ON again, and check whether the error clears.

2. If the error cannot be cleared, replace the servo board.

3. If the error cannot be cleared after taking the above countermeasures, report all details to Kawasaki service, including the full message, robot model, controller model, machine number, and AS/servo software versions.
