Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: On the servo board, the current setting value written by the CPU to the servo FPGA (field-programmable gate array) differs from the value read back.

Main cause: A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasure: Replace the servo board.
