Main causes:
-
A problem with the power block for the power regeneration axis.
-
A problem with the servo board.
-
A short circuit between the U, V, or W phase and ground in the wiring between the power block reactor unit for the power regeneration axis, the power regeneration unit, and the external power supply. Or faulty wiring in this circuit.
-
A problem with the reactor in the reactor unit (phase-to-phase short circuit or ground fault).
-
The power regeneration unit is faulty.
Countermeasures:
-
Replace the servo amplifier unit.
-
Check the wiring between the power module for the power regeneration axis, reactor unit, power regeneration unit, and external power supply for short circuits, ground faults, open circuits, or poor wiring. Replace the reactor unit or harness if necessary.
-
Replace the power regeneration unit.
