Signal cable disconnected or encoder power failure. (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Not possible.

Description: A communication error has occurred in the encoders of all axes.

Main causes:

1. An open circuit, short circuit, or disconnected separate (signal) harness or machine harness.

2. There is an open circuit, short circuit, or similar problem in the controller's 12V wiring.

3. The encoder battery backup board is faulty.

Countermeasures:

1. Check the connection of the separate (signal) harness or machine harness.

2. Check the controller's 12V wiring.

3. Replace the encoder battery backup board.
