A25
Alarm code A25/A26/A27 indicates .
Cause analysis: 1. Power cable problem; 2. Motor problem; 3. Mechanical transmission problem.
Remedy:
-
Use Un003 to observe whether the load ratio is abnormal. If a large instantaneous value appears, the mechanical transmission may be momentarily seizing. Further check whether the mechanical transmission moves smoothly and whether any robot collision has occurred;
-
Check the power wires between the drive and motor for damage, and check all connectors and plugs for looseness;
-
Determine whether the motor brake can release normally. Enable the servo through Fn002 JOG jogging. If the sound of the brake releasing and engaging cannot be heard, further determine whether the problem lies in the motor or the brake control circuit;
-
Remove the power connector on the drive side and measure the impedances between UV, UW and VW at the connector. If the impedance values differ greatly, a problem with the power cable or motor can be confirmed;
-
Check whether the three-phase winding impedances are normal at the motor power socket. If the impedances between UV, UW and VW differ greatly, there is a motor problem;
-
If the specific cause cannot be identified directly, swap drives and connecting cables, then analyze the alarms to determine whether the problem lies in the drive, motor, or cable.
-
For an additional axis, consider whether the selected motor capacity is too small: if the calculated torque required by the load is close to or greater than the rated torque of the motor in use, select a different motor;
