Cause

If servo ON occurs with accumulated position deviation, speed is limited by the servo ON speed limit (Pn529). A position command input in this state exceeds the excessive position deviation alarm value (Pn520).

Corrective action

Configure clearing of position deviation at servo OFF, set the correct excessive position deviation alarm value (Pn520), or set the servo ON speed limit (Pn529) correctly.
