Description: When the controller power is turned ON, the P-N voltage detection circuit detects a voltage of 60V or higher.
Main causes:

A problem with the power supply unit power board.

The harness between the power supply unit power board and regenerative energy absorption resistor has an open circuit or poor connection.

A problem with the power supply unit control board.

An open circuit or poor connection in the harness between the power supply unit control board and power supply unit power board.

A problem with the power regeneration unit. (E03)
Countermeasures:

Replace the power supply unit.

Check the harness between the power supply unit power board (X354) and the regenerative energy absorption resistor for an open circuit or a disconnected connector.
