Open the alarm history screen and check the error messages that occurred together with this error message. [Countermeasure] Record the text in the error message and contact the service center. When the PROFINET safety function is used, this may occur together with PROFINET safety-related error messages such as ‘PROFIsafe hard fail’ (PROFI safety hardware failure), ‘CRC check error’ (CRC check error), and ‘status check error’ (safety check error). In this case, first check that the safety controller and robot settings match, and check the safety I/O input/output sizes on the DCS PROFINET safety screen. Configure the safety controller again and cycle the robot controller power. If the error still cannot be eliminated, a hardware problem may be the cause; contact our service department.
