The sensor temperature rose to or above the allowable value.
[Countermeasure]
1. Check whether the ambient temperature is too high or there are low/high-temperature objects around the sensor head. Check the sensor temperature on the force sensor current value screen and ensure that it is 60 degrees or lower. If the alarm still does not disappear, go to 2.
2 Verify that the connector portion of the sensor cable is securely fastened. Or replace the sensor cable. If an alarm still occurs even after doing this, please Take step 3.
3 Please replace the main board of the R-30iB control unit. If an alarm still occurs even after doing this, take the countermeasures in step 4.
4 Replace the sensor head.
