Description
The robot controller cannot communicate properly with FTP server arg.
Consequences
If device arg is defined as "TRUSTED (Trusted)", execution of the robot program will be stopped. If the device is defined as "NON-TRUSTED (Untrusted)", continue the program execution. These definitions are described in the Application Manual - Controller Software.
Possible causes
If this message appears on first startup, the server might be configured incorrectly. If the message appears during operation, it means that communication from the previous job has been broken. Also see the IO communications event log.
Recommended actions
- Check the configuration of the FTP server.
- Check all communications hardware.
- Check the FTP client configuration on the controller.
