Description
drive module The brake power circuit in arg consumes excessive current.
Consequences
It will not work unless this fault is corrected. The system enters the "system interruption" state.
Possible causes
The brake supply cable is faulty (short circuit), or the brake of the attached axis motor consumes too much power. This fault may also occur if the power supply unit's cable is not properly connected to the drive module.
Recommended actions
- Make sure the power cable is properly connected to the drive module.
- Check the brake supply cable for short circuit.
- Make sure that the total current consumed by the additional axis motor does not exceed the specified value of drive module.
- Make sure the power connector is properly connected to the axis computer.
- Make sure the 24V brake voltage is within the specified range. See the controller's circuit diagram.
