Cause:
Each teach pendant program has two files in the controller, name.srp and name.srd. Error 3411 is reported if either file is missing.
Troubleshooting:
Use the error source on the information screen to find the program name and path reporting the error, then check whether that program's .srd and .srp files are missing from the controller.
Solution:
Contact after-sales support. If the program is not needed, delete the other file in the controller directly. If the program is needed, manually create a file.
