Description
The brake for mechanical unit arg failed to engage.
Consequences
The mechanical unit may be damaged when the motor is turned off.
Possible causes
The brake relay is incorrectly configured or defective. If an external brake relay is used, the relay must be correctly defined in the action configuration file.
Recommended actions
- Check that the external brake relay (if used) is correctly defined in the configuration file.
- Check whether the corresponding I/O signal is correctly defined in the I/O configuration file. Its configuration data is described in Technical Reference Manual - system parameter.
