Cause

1. When control power is turned on, the servo motor rotates at 200min-1 or above
2. Encoder fault
3. Servo unit fault

Corrective action

1. Use motor rotational speed monitoring (Un000) to check motor speed at power-on; reduce servo motor speed below 200min-1, then turn on control power.
2. Turn on power again. If the alarm persists, the servo motor may be faulty. Replace the servo motor.
3. Turn on power again. If the alarm persists, the servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
