Cause

Condition: incorrect motor for the drive. Causes:

1. Motor mismatch.
2. Motor encoder connection loose.
3. Motor encoder damaged or abnormal.

Corrective action

1. Replace it with a matching motor.
2. Check and reinstall the motor encoder connector.
3. If the motor encoder is found abnormal, replace the motor. Clear by powering on again.
