Cause:
A file with an invalid format exists in ftp.
Troubleshooting:
Use the path in the error source to enter the controller ftp and check whether the file reporting the error has the correct format.
Solution:
Contact after-sales support and delete the corresponding invalid-format file in the controller according to the file path shown in the error source.
