Cause

Excessive current flows through the positive side of the inverter circuit

Corrective action

Capture current feedback in the background and check for abnormalities.

1. Incorrect motor parameter settings; change the motor parameters.
2. Abnormal current-loop parameters; readjust the current-loop parameters.
3. Abnormal speed-loop parameters cause servo oscillation.
4. Drive abnormality; replace the drive.
