[Servo board XX] External supply voltage error. (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Not possible.

Content: An external AC supply voltage abnormality was detected momentarily on the slave controller (multi-axis controller), but the AVR code could not be read correctly.

Main causes:

1. A problem with the external AC supply to the slave controller (multi-axis controller).

2. A problem with the AVR of the slave controller (multi-axis controller).

3. An open circuit in the signal harness between the motherboard and servo board of the slave controller (multi-axis controller).

4. A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasures:

1. Turn the slave controller (multi-axis controller) power OFF and then ON again.

2. Replace the AVR of the slave controller (multi-axis controller).

3. Check whether the signal harness between the motherboard and servo board of the slave controller (multi-axis controller) is connected.

4. Replace the servo board.
