Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |

| Cable (abnormal) | Check that phases U, V, and W of the motor power cable have no ground faults or phase-to-phase short circuits. |
| Temperature rise (inside cabinet) | Wait until the inside of the controller cabinet has cooled before turning ON the power. |
| Software (incorrect setting) | Check the robot motion condition settings (external force check, load conditions, etc.). |
| Motor (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the motor. |
| Servo unit (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the servo unit. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
