Category: Alarm
Cause
- Incorrect servo motor U,V,W wiring
- Excessive position command frequency or acceleration
- The excessive position deviation alarm value (Pn520) is low for the operating conditions
- Servo unit fault
Corrective action
- Check the motor and encoder cables for poor contact or other problems.
- Try reducing command pulse frequency and run again. Reduce position command pulse frequency or command acceleration, or adjust the electronic gear ratio. Try reducing command acceleration and run again. Add a smoothing function such as the position command acceleration/deceleration time constant (Pn216).
- Confirm whether the excessive position deviation alarm value (Pn520) is appropriate; set parameter Pn520 correctly.
- Turn on power again. If the alarm persists, the servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
