A66 indicates .
Cause analysis:
-
Communication cable problem;
-
A problem with the drive communication parameter settings (Pn703, Pn704);
-
Master station communication parameter setting problem;
-
External interference;
-
Drive problem;
-
The controller IP has been lost, but the intime IP has not.
Remedy:
-
Check whether the drive communication cable is securely connected and whether the ports are correct (CN3 input, CN4 output);
-
Confirm that the robot controller starts normally and that the communication parameters are set correctly;
-
Check whether drive communication baud rate parameter Pn703 and communication node parameter Pn704 are set correctly;
-
The PE conductor of the robot power cable must be safely and reliably grounded;
-
Check whether CN4 on the last drive has a network plug with a terminating resistor connected. Ensure the connection to prevent interference;
-
Confirm whether there is a drive problem by swapping drives.
-
Use VNC to change the controller IP.
