[Cause]
The servo amplifier (6 axis amplifier, iSV) or the common power supply (iPS) of the group or axis displayed in the drive alarm message is defective. The alarm is displayed on the 1th axis and the 2th axis of the 6 axis amplifier, or on the 1th axis, the 2th axis and the 3th axis.
[Countermeasure]
1. Replace the servo amplifier of the group and axis displayed in the alarm message (6 axis amplifier, iSV).
2. Replace the common power supply (iPS).
