[Cause]
The safety switch was not pressed when the teach pendant was valid, or the safety switch was pressed hard. Or NTED (non-teacher
enabling device）。
[Countermeasure]
1. Press NTED (non-teacher enabling device), then press the alarm reset button. If NTED is not connected, press only the safety switch to clear the alarm. If the safety switch is a 3-position switch, press it to the middle position, then press the alarm reset button.
2. If the alarm cannot be cleared, it may be due to a failure of related components. See countermeasures for SRVO-003 or SRVO-232.
