Cause

Conditions:

1. After initial magnetic field detection is complete, the servo system attempts to reduce the existing position error but fails.
2. The host issues a command before the servo has settled, increasing servo position error and preventing convergence. Cause: The host issues a command during detection.

Corrective action

1. Check whether the host issues commands immediately at power on. Select Command Position in the software oscilloscope and monitor whether commands are issued. If so, increase the command delay after host power on.
2. If power-on surge interference or other factors prevent changing the host timing, set P2.088 [Bit 4] = 1 to prohibit receipt of host commands during initial magnetic field detection. Reset the alarm.
