Category: Alarm
Cause
- Drive U V W output phase loss, open circuit, or incorrect phase sequence.
- Incorrect motor parameters: The motor parameters are incorrect (especially the number of pole pairs), or motor angle identification has not been performed.
- Communication commands are subject to interference.
- Mechanical factors cause motor stalling
Corrective action
- Run the motor without a load. Use a multimeter to check for open wiring and confirm the cable phase sequence. Rewire correctly or replace the cable.
- Read the H00 group parameters and confirm whether the number of pole pairs is correct. Perform motor angle identification repeatedly and confirm whether parameter H0028 is consistent. Correct the motor parameters.
- Confirm whether the host-controller commands fluctuate or Ecat communication is subject to interference. Check whether the communication wiring between the host controller and servo is subject to interference.
- Using the Inovance drive commissioning platform or panel display, confirm the operating command and motor speed (H0B-00): ◆Operating command in position mode: H0B-13 (input position command counter) ◆Operating command in speed mode: H0B-01 (speed command) ◆Operating command in torque mode: H0B-02 (internal torque command). Confirm whether the operating command is not 0 while motor speed is 0 in the corresponding mode. Confirm the current feedback (torque command) waveform. Investigate mechanical seizure, intermittent sticking, or eccentricity.
