Category: Alarm
Cause
Condition: A positioning command is executed after the position command counter overflows. Cause: The position command counter has overflowed.
Corrective action
Incremental system: Continuous motor operation in one direction eventually causes feedback position register (FB_PUU) overflow, preventing the coordinate system from reflecting the correct position. Issuing an absolute position command then produces this error. Use the oscilloscope to check for feedback position overflow and perform homing. Absolute system: An absolute addressing command produces this error under the following conditions:
- Feedback position register (FB_PUU) overflows.
- Absolute origin coordinates have not been established after changing P1.001.Z.
- Absolute origin coordinates have not been established after changing the electronic gear ratio (P1.044, P1.045).
- The absolute origin coordinate establishment procedure is incomplete.
- When AL060 and AL062 occur, use the oscilloscope to check for feedback position overflow and check conditions 1 ~ 4 above, then establish the absolute origin coordinates. Incremental system: reset the alarm, then perform homing. Absolute system: establish the absolute origin coordinates.
