Cause

1. Drive EtherCAT communication synchronization mode does not match the host controller synchronization mode setting
2. Host controller synchronization mode is configured as DC SYNC0, but the DC clock is not enabled
3. EtherCAT synchronization mode is neither DC SYNC0 nor Free Run; the 0x1C32.01 setting is incorrect

Corrective action

1. Ensure that the drive and host controller synchronization mode settings match
2. If synchronization mode is configured as DC SYNC0, the DC clock must be enabled
3. Avoid synchronization modes other than DCSYNC0 and Free Run
