Cause

1. Feedback speed exceeds the maximum permissible speed of the [Axis 5] encoder, and multi-turn data recorded by the [Axis 5] encoder while power is off is abnormal
2. [Axis 5] Encoder abnormality

Corrective action

1. Replace the encoder battery
2. Clear the encoder status flags
3. Check the encoder and encoder wiring
